Amy Leptien, CBAP, CCBSO, CCBIA, serves as Certified Bank Auditor for the R/A Audit team. Amy completed her B.B.A. in Finance at Dakota State University and has held a variety of positions in her 10+ year career in banking, including Branch Manager, AVP/Consumer Lender, and BSA Officer. Her focus the last 4 years has been on BSA, Compliance, and Bank Security.

Amy has a strong background in consumer lending and sales, along with active roles on various committees like Retail Loan, Management, Collections, and Compliance. Throughout her career, she has been directly involved with staff training, most recently including BSA/AML, CIP, Red Flags, and Robbery/Security, and has used multiple systems to track CTRs and SARs. Amy’s extensive hands-on experience assisting with regulatory exams and preparing annual reporting for the board of director will be of value to her R/A members. Along with her other duties, Amy is one of our featured authors for C/A’s publications.
