Kathy Meade, CRCM

Kathy Meade, CRCM, serves as a Virtual Compliance Officer (VCO) for Review Alliance. Kathy has over

30 years in the financial services industry with more than 15 years in banking compliance. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a minor in communication, graduating Magna Cum Laude from the University of the Cumberlands. Kathy has been a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager since 2017 and she also graduated from The Graduate School of Banking at LSU.

Kathy began her banking career working at a community bank in Kentucky and over time held many positions, including bookkeeping, new accounts, secondary market loan servicing, loan processing, Training Officer, Vice President of Operations, and Vice President – Chief Compliance Officer. Most recently, she served in various roles in a community bank while serving as Vice President – Chief Compliance Officer, CRA Officer, and Identity Theft Officer. In addition, Kathy served as a member of the Board of Advisors for a compliance training and consulting firm for nearly two years. She has been actively involved with numerous compliance forums, user group meetings, and compliance roundtables.

Kathy is a compliance resource for our community bankers; sharing her expertise in operations, lending, and deposit compliance. She is also one of our featured authors for B/A’s various monthly publications.
