Kiera Gacoka

Virtual Compliance Officer

Kiera Gacoka earned a Bachelor’s in Communication Studies at Wright State University, Dayton OH and began her career as a part-time teller for one of the largest banks in the U.S. Kiera has over eleven years of experience working in the finance industry in various roles including Assistant Branch Manager, Compliance Officer, and Community and Economic Development Relationship Manager. Throughout her career, she’s managed compliance programs in Bank Security, Deposits, Fair Lending and a subject matter expert in the Community Reinvestment Act.

In 2019 she  transitioned to North Carolina and earned a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification, to sharpen her organizational process improvement skills. As a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager, Kiera enjoys helping customers identify solutions that align with corporate business strategy while maintaining regulatory guidelines and managing risk. Kiera is passionate in teaching financial literacy to improve the collective health of the communities she serves.
